The Benefits of Laughter
With laughter therapy and yoga extolling a worldwide trend, spreading from its origins in India to the Western world, having a bit of a giggle has become a popular method of releasing stress and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. But does it really work? We asked female students at the University of Wollongong about their thoughts on the benefits of laughter.
